Pippa and I just moved to Twickenham. It's pretty exciting to be starting completely a-fresh in a new town, and we're going to enjoy finding new places. I'm sure a few of them will make it onto this blog.
Separately though, I'm going to use the cool Google MyMaps to track all the places that we've tried out from Pubs to Butchers along with short reviews. MyMaps combines so many of the things I love about the web in one place: user-created content, beautiful UI and instant embeddability. On top of this, once my map is created, anyone will be able to search it and hopefully it will be useful for them if they, like us, are Twickenham newbies.
We started this process with a pub crawl a couple of weeks ago with a couple of friends of ours. I've embedded our nascent Twikipedia below. (A link to the map will live somewhere on the RHS as soon as I get a chance to put it up)
